Carmen’s Best Ice Cream is so delicious because it’s crafted from 100% fresh milk they produce from cows on their own farm. To highlight how this milk is at the heart of every pint of ice cream, we feature a milk drop that houses the flavor name and a color signifying the prime ingredient that brings pure indulgence, nutrition, and joy.
Each pint features geometric, stylized illustrations inspired by the premium ingredients mixed into each of their 15 flavors, from fresh strawberries to roasted coffee beans and self-made almond brittle, we celebrate them all with unique, playful yet luxurious patterns. A non-traditional elegance that symbolizes the care brought to each flavor and the joy that can be derived from enjoying a scoop.
The biggest improvement in the user experience is making flavors instantly recognizable—whether you’re looking at the front of a pint in a vertical freezer or the top of a cup in a chest freezer. The previous standard packaging made it challenging for both customers and stockists to find what they wanted. Now, grabbing your favorite flavor is easier than ever!

From an initial mood board and digital mockup we created, @headroomcdv worked their magic to translate the visual identity into the flagship SM Mall of Asia store. Think refined yet playful, a joyful and indulgent haven.
We collaborated closely with the Carmen’s Best team to create a cohesive visual identity across every touchpoint—from social media and freezer designs to delivery bags, staff uniforms, and more.
